Precautions for choosing container flooring
Apr 27,2025
Glue, load-bearing capacity, and material are important considerations when choosing high-quality container flooring.
The appearance of the floor is secondary, but it is important to pay attention to its load-bearing capacity. When choosing container flooring, partners should ask the seller what the load-bearing capacity of the flooring is. In terms of affordability, most customers would choose flooring that can pass through 5 tons. But many manufacturers are just filling in the numbers, and most of their boards can only pass 4 tons. Some manufacturers like to use old or rotten wood in the middle and use inferior glue, or use building template pressing machines to press the container floor, in order to reduce costs and deceive customers who don't understand flooring. Obviously, the board produced in this way is unqualified, which will cause insufficient load-bearing capacity, easy breakage, glue cracking and other problems.
Most manufacturers have such a testing machine to test the load-bearing capacity of the floor.
